Welcome to another thrilling season of Navy Football! It is an incredible honor to serve as your new Director of Athletics, and I am both humbled and energized to join this extraordinary community. Becoming part of Navy Athletics is a career-long dream come true, and there is truly no place I’d rather be.
There’s nothing in college football quite like the Navy Football game day experience. The pageantry, pride, and patriotism that fill Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium each home game are second to none. Whether you’re a longtime season ticket holder or a first-time visitor, we are committed to making your experience memorable, meaningful, and uniquely Navy.
This fan guide has been created to help make your visit to Annapolis as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Inside, you’ll find helpful information on transportation, stadium policies, seating and facilities, as well as restaurant and hotel recommendations.

PARKING INFORMATION
STADIUM PARKING
- Purchase: Purchasing a season parking pass will benefit your game day experience. Once you purchase your 2025 season parking
pass, you will be GUARANTEED a spot in the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (Blue and Gold) lots. Admiral’s Row parking
can be purchased by joining Vice Admiral’s Row with a $1,500 donation to the Blue-N*-Gold. Call 800-US4-NAVY for more details.
- Parking will not be sold for the stadium (Blue and Gold) lots on game day.
- Season parking passes are only available for season ticket holders that are members of the Blue-N*-Gold by calling the Navy Ticket
Office at 1-800-US4-NAVY. Season-parking passes are $255 for a regular-sized vehicle and $650 for an oversized vehicle (RV or
bus).
- Accessible Parking: For access to accessible parking, please access the parking lot from Farragut Road on the North end of the
stadium. In order to obtain accessible parking, one must purchase a parking pass as well as have a state issued accessible parking
placard or license plate.
- Oversized Vehicles: Recreational vehicles and bus parking is located at the North end of the stadium. Please have your pre-
purchased oversize vehicle parking pass displayed and enter through Gate 1 along Farragut Road. If your vehicle includes a trailer,
you must utilize a perimeter parking area. Please contact the NAAA Ticket Office at 800-US4-NAVY or
tickets@usna.edu for more information about perimeter tailgating.
- Stadium Lot Opening/Closing: Cars may enter and park in the stadium lot for which they hold a pass any time after 7:00 a.m. for all
12:00 p.m. kickoff games and after 9:30 a.m. for all games with 3:30 p.m. kick-offs. Lots close 1 1/2 hours after the playing of “The
Blue & Gold”.
SATELLITE PARKING
- Satellite parking is available at the Harry S Truman Park and Ride, located on Harry S Truman Parkway just off Riva Road.
- Shuttle service begins five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. Service continues throughout all games, ending approximately
two (2) hours after each game’s completion. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes, and drops off and picks up at the
Navy Ticket Office.
- Designated accessible shuttles are available.
- Shuttle service is provided by Towne Transport.
- Directions to Satellite Parking: Exit US 50 at Aris T. Allen Blvd. [MD 665] (exit #22) and bear to the right (Riva Rd. exit). Right turn
on Riva Rd. Right turn on Harry S. Truman Pkwy. Park & Ride is located on the right just before the MVA.
AUXILIARY PARKING
- Germantown Elementary (200 Windell Road) provides a convenient off-site parking option located just a few blocks from Navy-
Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Game day parking is $25 for single-space vehicles and $65 for oversized vehicles. Fans desiring
an extra space for tailgating will be required to pay for that space. Payment is accepted in cash only at the lot.
- Additional off-site parking options are available, including: Bladen Street Garage (intersection of Bladen Street and Calvert Street);
Gotts Court Parking Garage (250 Northwest Avenue); Park Place Garage (intersection of West Street and Taylor Avenue); and
Whitmore Parking Garage (37 Clay Street).
TAILGATING
- Tailgating is allowed on Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium property only.
- Tents larger than 10’x10’ pop-up are allowed only on the perimeter of the stadium and in the area of NavyFest presented by Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan.
Locations are available by calling 1-800-US4-NAVY.
- Small gas grills are permitted.
- Fans are not permitted to take up extra parking spaces within the Stadium lots for the purpose of tailgating.
- Fans wanting to tailgate with other vehicles are encouraged to arrive at the same time to the same parking gate. Our parking
attendants will be able to direct you to spaces next to one another, if space allows. Reserving a space is not permitted in the lots at
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
- Fans who do not exercise their tailgating privileges in a responsible manner will face forfeiture of their parking pass for the
remainder of the season and possible cancellation of season ticket privileges for future seasons.
NMCMS OPEN FIRE POLICY
Federal, State and City laws strictly prohibit any open bonfires or campfires without a special permit. The Naval Academy Athletic
Association will not authorize any special permits to be issued for home athletic events at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for
any open fires for safety reasons. On the grounds of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium all cooking materials should be limited
to charcoal briquettes and placed in covered grills only. Any person starting an open fire of any kind will face a federal, state or city
fine and/or prosecution.

STADIUM POLICIES
ADA SEATING
Guests with Disabilities or Physical Challenges That May Need Support by The Staff
The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) is sensitive, fully committed, and resourced to provide support and
accommodations for any guest at the stadium that needs attention as it pertains to their personal physical challenges. Navy-Marine
Corps Memorial Stadium meets ADA requirements for parking, seating, access to restrooms and areas/operations. There are
occasions, based on demand, when parking and seating are limited. The NAAA Ticket Office will make every effort to address
requests made in advance of the contest to ensure that our guests visiting the stadium are comfortable with their attendance.
The needs of our guests with disabilities are a priority. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1-800-874-NAVY, or email in advance at
tickets@usna.edu to connect with a member of our staff who will respond in a timely fashion. For game day requests, NAAA staff in
the North End Zone Ticket Office will also be on site to assist.
Accessible (ADA) seating is available throughout the lower level of the stadium on the upper blue (west) and gold (east) side. These
seats are available on a first come, first serve basis by calling the ticket office prior to the game. Based upon availability, there are
also game day exchanges that can take place.
Access to ADA compliant accessible parking spaces are on a first come, first serve basis by calling the ticket office prior to game day.
There are also ample game day ADA equipped shuttles that run from our auxiliary lots. Germantown Elementary provides a service
from the parking lot to the stadium gate of your choice. The Harry S. Truman Park n Ride provides free ADA compliant shuttle
service that will drop guests off in front of the ticket office windows at the stadium and return guests to their car at the end of the
game.
In addition, to accommodate officially designated service pets, the stadium has areas set aside for service pet relief. Service pet
relief stations are located in the grass areas on both the Northeast and Northwest corners of the stadium. Guests are asked to be
courteous and please use the provided waste bags as needed.
AGE POLICY
All children ages 2 and under do not require a game ticket for admission.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol purchased inside of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is permitted to be consumed inside the stadium gates. Outside
alcohol attempted to be brought into the stadium is prohibited. Alcohol is, however, allowed in parking lots and tailgating areas.
Consumption of alcohol by underage drinkers will not be tolerated.
FIRST AID
First aid stations are located behind sections 1 and 101 on the Blue side, and behind sections 25 and 125 on the Gold side.
GAME DAY TICKET OFFICE
On game days, the Navy Ticket Office is located on the North side of the stadium. The Game Day Ticket Office is open 2 1/2 hours
prior to kickoff through the conclusion of the game.
GATES
Gates to the stadium open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
GUEST SERVICES
All ticket questions or event-related problems should be addressed at either the Guest Service Centers located on the Blue or Gold concourses or the
Guest Services window located at the main ticket office on the north side of the stadium.
LOST AND FOUND
Items lost or found can be identified at the main ticket office located on the north side of the stadium. Lost items not claimed on game day can be claimed by calling (800) US4-NAVY.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is available on both the Blue & Gold Concourse (upper and lower), NavyFest presented by Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan,
at the trailer outside the main ticket office located at the north end of the stadium and adjacent to the concession stand on the Northeast side of the stadium,
which is exclusive to Under Armour Sideline Apparel.
MIDSHIPMEN MARCH-ON
March-on will occur 30 minutes prior to the start of the game and Taylor Avenue will be closed from Rowe Boulevard to Gate 5.
OUR NEIGHBORS
The United States Naval Academy and the City of Annapolis share a very important relationship. Be mindful of the neighborhood
surrounding Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Please respect the private property and the homes of our neighbors.
PERMITTED ITEMS
Clear bags no larger than 12”x12”x6”, small clutch purses no larger than 4.5”x6.5”, blankets, seat cushions, diaper bags, umbrella
strollers, and video cameras.
All bags (including purses) will be inspected.
Non permissible/compliant bags may be checked at the Bag Check Tent located on the Northwest exterior of the Stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Backpacks, computer bags, purses, fanny packs, briefcases, binocular cases, camera cases, tote bags, firearms, bottles (glass or
plastic), cans, thermoses, coolers, alcoholic beverages, outside food or drink, large bags, folding chairs, umbrellas, professional
cameras and tripods, noise makers, hanging banners/signs/sticks, chains, illegal substances, laser pointers, clothing containing
vulgar language, large strollers, fireworks, aerosol cans, pets, pepper spray, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous
or inappropriate.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
There is no re-entry until halftime at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. To be permitted to re-enter, a guest must have their
game ticket scanned prior to exiting the stadium. Upon re-entry, the guest will have their valid game ticket scanned. You may not
exit multiple times. For updated information on the re-entry policy, call 1-800-US4-NAVY or e-mail tickets@usna.edu.
RESALE OF TICKETS
The resale of tickets at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is prohibited. Visit the Seat Geek link at NavySports.com to learn how
to resell unused tickets.
RESTROOMS, CONCESSIONS AND SOUVENIR SHOPS
These facilities are located within the stadium’s gates throughout the concourse at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Gates
open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Portable restrooms are available outside the stadium’s gates. Concessions are not available for
purchase outside the stadium’s gates.
SECURITY
All fans in attendance may be subjected to increased security measures when entering the stadium. Please plan to arrive earlier
than normal for the game, as enhanced security measures may delay access to the stadium.
SMOKING
Smoking is allowed only in the open-air areas in the Memorial Plaza at the north end of the Stadium and near the concession stand
buildings at the south end of the Stadium near the two large Blue and Gold tents. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of the
Stadium.

The ticket office in Ricketts Hall is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
All stadium policies are subject to change without notification.

Failure to comply with any regulations may result in removal from the lot at the owner’s expense. Fans who do not exercise their

The Naval Academy and the Naval Academy Athletic Association are not liable for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents.
The Naval Academy Athletic Association reserves the right to revoke a parking permit at any time for noncompliance with policy.
