1963 Navy Cotton Bowl Team Reunion

More than six decades after their run to the Cotton Bowl, members of the 1963 U.S. Naval Academy football team returned to Annapolis, not just to reminisce about a remarkable season, but to reconnect with something even more enduring: each other. They came with wives, children, and grandchildren. Families shaped, in many ways, by the bonds forged during one of the most storied eras in Navy football history.

The Navy Letterwinners Association talked with men's golf captain Jack Tarzy '26, on Stribling Walk. We spoke to Jack about the team's recent Patriot League Championship, his four individual titles, and his upcoming service assignment.

Roxanne Rehberg

Coach's Corner: Roxanne Rehberg

Roxanne Rehberg is the head coach of Navy's very successful club softball team. Taking the role in 2017, she quickly turned Navy into a softball powerhouse, winning two national championships. Playing college softball at the University of Connecticut, Coach Rehberg is a civilian volunteer that receives a small stipend from the club sports department, but puts in full-time devotion towards developing Navy's Midshipmen.
