Navy-Wake Forest Game To Be Televised

ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Monday's men's basketball game between Navy (5-9) and 24th ranked Wake Forest (11-3) will be televised live by Comcast 8 and Fox Sports Net South. Bob Rathbun will call the play-by-play, while Dan Bonner will handle the color commentary live from Alumni Hall starting at 9 p.m.
The game can be seen on Comcast 8 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore county and the city of Baltimore (550,000 homes), while Fox Sports Net South can be seen in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee (8.7 million homes). The game can also be seen on Direct TV (Channel 630).
Navy is coming off a 95-83 loss at Brown, but the Mids have been tough at home, posting a 5-1 record. The Demon Deacons are coming off an 84-62 thrashing of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, which was the worst loss ever for the Tar Heels in the Dean Dome and the worst loss at home since 1975.
Tickets are still available for Monday's game and can be bought at the Navy ticket office in Ricketts Hall or by calling 1-800-US4-NAVY. Tickets will also be available game day at Alumni Hall. Shuttle busses will be available at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (Gate A) to take those fans without Department of Defense stickers on to the Naval Academy grounds.
