ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy track and field team is set to face off against Army West Point in the annual Army-Navy Outdoor Star Series Meet as part of the overall Star Series presented by USAA on Saturday, April 6 at Ingram Field.
The men's field events begin start at 9:30 a.m., while the men's running events are slated for 12:00 p.m. On the women's side, the field events start at 2:15 p.m. with the running events for the women scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.

The Series
On the men's side, Navy holds a 48-44 overall indoor advantage against Army, including a slight 23-21 edge in Annapolis. The men's team has won the last seven meetings between the two teams with the last loss coming in 2011. On the women's side, the Midshipmen hold an 18-14 advantage over the Black Knights with a 10-5 edge in Annapolis. Navy has won 12 of the last 14 meetings, including four wins in a row.

Concessions
Concessions will be available for purchase at the Glenn Warner Soccer Facility concession stand. The Glenn Warner Soccer Facility is located directly across from Ingram Field.
Transportation
There will be shuttles available throughout the day on Saturday for transportation to and from the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet. Busses will run from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium to Ingram Field from 9:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Valid ID is required.
Track and Field Duo Claims Patriot League Weekly Honors
Navy's
Sean Brennan (Westfield, N.J.) and Lindsay Lewis (Lanham, Md.) were named Patriot League Men's Field Athlete of the Week and Female Rookie of the Week, respectively, as announced by the conference office. The Midshipmen have had 10 student-athletes named Patriot League Athlete of the Week over the past three weeks.
