Five Starting Notes
1 – Navy will be either the No. 2 or No. 3 seed in the upcoming Patriot League Tournament.  One win by the Mids or one loss by Boston U. would give Navy the No. 2 seed.  Regardless of the seed, the Mids will plat host to a quarterfinal round game on March 3.
2 – Navy and Colgate will be the only Patriot League teams to not appear in the first round of the league tournament in each of the last five editions of the event (2018-22). 
3 – Navy will hold a Senior Night ceremony for its Class of 2022 starting at 6:43 p.m.
4 – Navy has moved up to sixth nationally (through games of Feb. 21) in scoring defense with its average of 58.6 points per game allowed this season.
5 – Navy's bench is outscoring the bench for its opponents by 120 points during the Patriot League season.

Series History
•    Navy has posted a 33-10 record against Loyola.  
•    The teams first met during the 1909-10 season when Navy defeated Loyola, 36-10.
•    Navy holds a 19-4 advantage in games played in Annapolis.  This includes a 9-2 edge in games played in Alumni Hall.
•    Navy leads Loyola, 13-5, in Patriot League regular season games played between the teams.
•    Navy has posted an 8-1 record against Loyola in league regular season games played in Annapolis.

Accessing the USNA
The USNA is closed to all vehicles without a Department of Defense-approved identification card. All other visitors must either walk through one of the security gates or ride the shuttle bus. Whether walking on or riding the shuttle bus, those ages 18 and over must present a photo identification card (driver's license) to gain access and those ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The shuttle will depart from the blue (west) side parking lot at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium starting one hour before tip.  Enter the lot off of Taylor Avenue (south side of the stadium). There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle. The shuttle will depart from and return to the bus stop next to the Blue Angel jet.

COVID-19 Policy
As per Department of Defense regulations, those who have not been vaccinated must wear a mask at all times when on the USNA grounds and those who have been vaccinated have the option to wear a mask while outdoors but must wear a mask while indoors. Additionally, masks must be worn by everyone regardless of vaccination status while riding the shuttle bus.
