BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Hannah Lowenstein is this week's Patriot League Women's Field Athlete of the Week for her outing at the Virginia Grand Prix last weekend.
 
The senior claimed the fourth outdoor field athlete-of-the-week honor in her career and the first since 2022.
 
Lowenstein tied the second-best high jump mark in team history at 1.76m (5' 9.25") to take second place in the event. She finished just 0.01m short of tying her school-record height of 1.77m (5' 9.75"). The Pompano Beach, Fla., native's mark ranks 43rd in the nation and second in the Patriot League this season. 
 
The Mids return to competition to play host to the Navy Spring Invitational on Friday (noon) and Saturday (9:30 a.m.) at Ingram Field in Annapolis, Md. Navy will also send athletes to compete in the Virginia Challenge in Charlottesville, Va., on Friday (1:45 p.m.) and Saturday (11 a.m.).
