ANNAPOLIS, Md.—Navy senior linebacker and co-captain Colin Ramos has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by Phil Steele.
Ramos, who helped lead Navy to just its sixth 10-win season in school history, led the Mids with 129 tackles, was second on the team with nine tackles for a loss, tied for third on the team with three sacks, had two pass breakups and forced a fumble.
He finished 10th in the country in tackles per game (9.9), while his 20 tackles against Memphis tied for the second-most in the FBS this year. He finished his career with 327 career tackles.
Navy finished the 2024 season with a 10-3 record, won the Commander-In-Chief's Trophy with blowout wins over Air Force (34-7) and Army (31-13) and defeated Oklahoma 21-20 in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl.
