Trio of Midshipmen Named All-ECAC

Alyssa Chung, Felicia Giglio, and Ava Yovino were named All-ECAC.

DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced its 2026 Division I Women's Lacrosse All-ECAC Team, and Navy's Alyssa Chung (attack), Ava Yovino (midfield), and Felicia Giglio (goalkeeper) were named to the 14-person team.

It is the second consecutive year that Chung has been named All-ECAC, while it is the first ECAC honor for Giglio. It is the second time for Yovino to be recognized and the first time since her freshman season in 2023 to earn All-ECAC honors.

Alyssa Chung – Attack
Navy's top attacker on the year, Chung finished the season with a team-high 118 points on a team-best 84 goals with 34 assists, while adding 28 ground balls, 23 caused turnovers, and 20 draw controls. The sophomore, who was named a Tewaaraton Award Finalist, became the sixth player in program history to record 100 or more points in a season, joining Jenna Collins (2017, '18), Julia Collins (2018), Jasmine DePompeo (2013), Kelly Larkin (2017, '18, '19), and Erin Rawlick (2010). With six goals in the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals, Chung set a new single-season record for goals in a season with 84, passing the previous mark of 83 set by Jenna Collins in 2018.

Ava Yovino – Midfield
Yovino picked up her second All-ECAC selection after being named to the list as a freshman. The senior team captain finished the year with 48 points on 19 goals and 29 assists with 57 draw controls, 36 ground balls, and 22 caused turnovers. This season, Yovino was a two-time IWLCA Division I Offensive Player of the Week (Feb. 10; March 3), while earning her third All-Patriot League honor of her career. Additionally, Yovino was tabbed an Inside Lacrosse Midseason All-American and was named to the Tewaaraton Award Top 25 Nominees.

Felicia Giglio – Goalkeeper
Giglio, who was the 2026 Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year, was named All-ECAC for the first time in her career. The First Team All-Patriot League honoree was part of a Navy defense that has held twelve (12) opponents (eight Patriot League teams) to single-digit goals with an additional five teams held to exactly 10 goals. Giglio finished the season with 134 saves with an 8.84 goals against average and a 42.8 save percentage. Individually, she became the single-season (19) and career record holder (49) for wins by a goalie in Navy history.
