Five Starting Notes
• Wednesday's game comes six days past the 99th anniversary of the first Navy-Lafayette game (Jan. 10, 1920).  Navy holds a 50-32 advantage in the all-time series, but Lafayette holds a 19-14 lead in games played in Easton.
 
• Navy has won each of the seven games played in the series over the last three seasons.  Five of the last six games have been decided by single digits, with the Mids winning the two games played a year ago by a total of five points.
 
• Wednesday's game starts a stretch in which the Mids will play four out of five games on the road.  Navy will then play all but one game at home in a five-game span in early February.
 
• Evan Wieck is shooting 80 percent from the field against Patriot League foes.
 
• Navy has totaled more second chance points than its opponents in nine of the last 10 games.
