BETHLEHEM, Pa. –– The Navy men's basketball team finished in third place in the Patriot League Preseason Poll of coaches and sports information contacts.
Navy accrued 114 points to finish behind first-place Boston U.'s total of 154 points and the 153 points recorded by second-place Colgate. The Terriers received 11 first-place votes and the Raiders amassed the other nine first-place nods.
Navy's total placed the Mids 24 points ahead of fourth-place Army.
Voters were not allowed to include the school they represent on their ballot.
