The 25th-ranked Navy squash team improved to 10-1 this season after defeating its five opponents over the weekend in its annual Veterans Weekend tournament held at Prager Family Squash Facility in Halsey Field House and the Bancroft Hall Squash Courts in Annapolis. The Mids opened the weekend with an 8-1 victory over #31 Fordham (6-3) on Friday evening, tacked on 6-1 and 9-0 wins against Boston University (4-6) and #30 Denison (2-1), respectively, on Saturday and closed out tournament action with an 8-1 win against Bucknell (3-4) and an 8-1 victory over Georgetown (3-2).

Weekend Highlights
• Eight of Navy's 9 players went undefeated on the weekend, including Matt Wang (So / Malvern, Pa.), Lucas Spiro (So / Buffalo, N.Y.), Alexander Orr (Fr / Haverford, Pa.), Tighe Mullarkey (Fr / Locust Valley, N.Y.) and Ben Balser (Sr / Brooklyn, N.Y.) who paced the team with 5-0 marks.
• Team captain Millen Randell (Sr / Chicago, Ill.), Henry Sparkman (Jr / Darien, Conn.) and Tommy Rankin (Sr / Atlanta, Ga.) were 4-0, while newcomer Shankar Jambunathan (So / Aurora, Ill.) finished the weekend with a 2-3 record.
• Rookies Alexander Orr and Tighe Mullarkey are atop the wins leader board for the Mids, as both players have produced 9-1 records to date.
• Navy extended its winning streak to 65-0 against Fordham, 7-0 against Boston U., 11-0 against Bucknell and 13-0 against Georgetown. Additionally, the Mids improved to 19-9 all-time against Denison

• Navy will travel to Carlisle, Pa. to play Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference foe Dickinson (0-2) in a mid-week tilt slated for 5:30 pm on Wednesday.
