ANNAPOLIS, Md.—Navy senior snipe (slot) Eli Heidenreich has been named the Panini Senior Bowl Stock Up Player of the Week, was named to the American Conference Honor Roll and earned an ESPN Helmet Sticker for his performance in Saturday's 34-31 victory over Air Force.
Heidenreich was targeted eight times, made a career-high eight catches for 243 yards and three touchdowns in Navy's victory on Saturday. His touchdown catches went for 19, 80, and 60 yards.
Heidenreich set the Navy career record for touchdown catches (14) and tied the school record for touchdown catches in a game (three). His 243 yards receiving was also a school record. With his performance, Heidenreich now ranks third on Navy's career receiving yards list with 1,466.
