BALTIMORE, Md. – Inside Lacrosse announced its ILWomen Power 100 Rankings for Class of 2025 with Navy freshman
Angelina Price being named to the watch list for incoming freshmen.
Price marks the fifth Midshipmen selected to the Power 100 Rankings for incoming freshmen in the last four years. Three years ago,
Ava Yovino was named to the list prior to her rookie season, while
Felicia Giglio earned the honor two seasons ago. Last year,
Alyssa Chung was ranked No. 8 and
Chloe Brown was on the watch list (ranked between 51-100).
Price played on the boys' lacrosse team at Shoreham-Wading River High School in Shoreham, N.Y. She earned All-County as a senior, becoming the first female to earn an all-county award in boys lacrosse. Serving as team captain as a senior, Price finished 2025 with 165 saves in 16 starts (10.3 saves per game). She was named ILWomen ID Experience: Class of 2025 All-Tournament Team (2022) and ILWomen New Balance All-America Underclass Players to Watch (2024), while also being selected as a member of the New Balance All-American Team – Long Island (2021-24).
Additionally, Price played with US Box Lacrosse Association (USBOXLA), earning All-Tournament Team and MVP honors with the Girls HSE Division during the 2024 Border Wars at the Toronto Rocks Athletic Centre. The Wading River, N.Y. native played club lacrosse with Legacy 2023 Blue Girls, Legacy Launch 2024 Boys, and Legacy 2025 Blue Girls.
Navy will play its fall schedule beginning in September as the Midshipmen host the Japan National Team on Friday, Sept. 19. The Mids continue the Fall slate in College Park, as Navy takes on Maryland and Georgetown on Friday, Oct. 3. The Midshipmen return to Annapolis to take on the England National Team on Wednesday, Oct. 8. The Mids make the drive to the USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. for a trio of games against Boston College, Denver, and North Carolina on Saturday, Oct. 11. Navy closes out the Fall schedule at home, taking on Duke and Penn as part of the Navy Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 18 before the annual alumni game on Saturday, Oct. 25. The final competition of the fall will be Sunday, Oct. 26 as the Midshipmen take on Clemson.
