ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Navy's
Wenqing Tang (So / Villanova, Pa.),
Alexander Orr (Sr / Haverford, Pa.) and
Christian Graziano (Fr / Greenwich, Conn.) have earned All-Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference (MASC) honors it was announced by the conference on Thursday. The Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference is the first squash-specific collegiate athletic conference in the United States and was officially sanctioned by the College Squash Association Board of Directors in May of 2019. The conference includes Dickinson, Drexel, Franklin & Marshall, MIT, Navy and Virginia.
Tang, who was named the MASC Co-Player of the Year on Tuesday, is a two-time All-MASC selection and a first-time First-Team All-MASC honoree. He closed out an extraordinary season by posting a 27-2 record that included an undefeated mark of 27-0 in team competition. His only two losses were against the nation's elite at the CSA Individual Championship. He has won 32-consecutive matches in team competition dating back to his freshman year.
His 27 wins are tied as the second most in program history alongside Bill Kacergis (27-6 / 2012-13), Mitch Bottini (27-6 / 2012-13) and Allan Lutz (27-9 / 2008-09) and just one shy of the record held by Jeff Sawin who posted 28 wins in 2006-07 (28-4). Meanwhile, Tang is the only player in school history who has finished a season winning 90 percent or more of his matches with a minimum of 20 wins. He finished the 2025-26 campaign with a 93.1 winning percentage with the next-closest player winning 87.5 percent of his matches (Jeff Sawin, 28-4 / 2006-07).
Tang also eclipsed the 50-win milestone in just his second season. He stands 51-6 and is the second Navy player to reach 50 wins this season (
Ramsay Killinger). He is the 41st player to reach 50 wins in program history.
Orr, the Mids' team captain, is a two-time Second-Team All-MASC selection after producing a 21-5 record and reaching the 20-win mark for the second time in his career and the first since finishing his rookie season with a 23-11 record.
Orr closes the book on a sensational career that saw him finish with a 75-40 mark over four seasons. The 75 wins are the ninth most in Navy squash history and the most since Senen Ubina finished his career with a 77-33 mark (2015-19).
For the second-consecutive year, Navy has a freshman on the All-MASC list. Last year, Tang was tabbed as an all-conference player while this year Graziano has been named to the second team as the Mids' #2 player on the ladder. The rookie put together an 18-6 record that included a 2-1 mark at the MASC Championship and an undefeated record (3-0) at the College Squash Association Team Divisional Championship.Â
