Last season, the men's team extended its conference championship streak to 11 in a row by outscoring second-place Army by 35 points (236-201).

The 4x100-meter relay team of Marcel Jackson, Kent, Jonah Johnson, and Tyler Yurich broke the league championship meet record and tied for the fastest mark in program history, winning the race in 39.64.

Kent won his second consecutive 400-meter league title, this time breaking an 18-year conference championship record with a time of 46.19. The previous record was held by Navy's own Paul Harris, who timed in at 46.77 in 2007.

On the women's side, the Mids finished in third place with 157 points, behind champion Army (215.5) and second-place Boston (167). Jia Anderson was named the Highest Point Scorer of the Meet to lead the Midshipmen.

Anderson won a pair of individual gold medals in the 100-meter hurdles (13.73) and 100 meters (11.76). She also anchored the 4x100-meter relay team (46.09) to a silver finish in a valiant push against Holy Cross (46.00).

Patriot League Championship Major Awards
All-Patriot League honors will be determined by event finishes, with the winner earning first-team honors and the runner-up garnering second-team recognition.

Following the conclusion of the meet, league head coaches will vote on several individual major awards, including the Men's and Women's Track Athlete, Field Athlete, and Rookie of the Meet. The Men's and Women's Coaching Staff of the Year awards will also be selected. The Patriot League will also present awards to the men's and women's highest scorers of the meet.
