Navy COVID Policy
As per Department of Defense regulations, those who have not been vaccinated must wear a mask at all times when on the USNA grounds, including the Tose Family Tennis Center, and those who have been vaccinated have the option to wear a mask while outdoors but must wear a mask while indoors.

Navy (6-2)
After posting a 3-1 record over the first and second weekends of the season, Navy put together a 3-1 record during the third week of play.  The Mids dropped a 7-0 decision at Penn, then defeated Saint Joseph's, 6-1, Coppin State, 7-0, and Georgetown, 6-1.

Finn Garner (Jr., Arnold, Md.) leads Navy in singles wins this season as he has posted a 4-0 record.  Also with an undefeated record is Jack Dabek (Sr., Dublin, Ohio) with a 3-0 mark, while four Mids have totaled 3-1 records.

Navy has already formed 15 different doubles teams this season.  The tandem of Nicholas Nguyen (So., McLean, Va.) and Gavin Segraves (Jr., Charlottesville, Va.) has tallied a 3-1 record, Dabek and Garner are 2-0 as a team and the duo of Sasha Panyan (So., Lutherville, Md.) and Derrick Thompson (Sr., Towson, Md.) has posted a 2-1 mark.

Bryant (1-7)
Bryant is coming off of a 4-3 loss to Army Sunday at West Point.  Included among the other defeats for the Bulldogs were 7-0 losses to Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.

Bryant played just six matches during the abbreviated 2021 spring season, posting a 4-1-1 record in those duals.  Three of the team's wins came against Boston U. (twice) and Army.

Bryant leads the brief all-time series with Navy by the count of 2-1.  The Bulldogs won the inaugural match in the series in 2017, the Mids recorded a victory in 2018 and Bryant won a 4-1 decision in 2019.  Saturday's match will be the third-straight dual to be played in Annapolis.

Richmond (1-2)
Richmond's two losses this year have come to Virginia Tech and Virginia.  The Spiders defeated Hampton Wednesday for their first win of the year.

Richmond finished the 2021 season with an 8-9 record and an appearance in the championship match of the Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament.

Navy holds a 25-13 lead in the all-time series with Richmond.  The Mids have defeated the Spiders in the last two matches, both of which have been contested in Annapolis and took place during the 2020 and '21 spring seasons.  Richmond had won four-straight matches against Navy from the 2016-19 seasons, with three of those decisions coming by the score of 4-3.
