ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Six Navy rifle student-athletes were named Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association (CRCA) Scholastic All-American, the national organization announced.
 
Earning honors for the Midshipmen were Mark Amdahl (Albuquerque, N.M.), Mark Dely (Fort Wayne, Ind.), Clarissa Layland (Granbury, Texas), Mason MacKenzie (Henderson, Md.), Stephanie Milvain (Matthews, N.C.), and McKenzie Shedd (Burke, Va.).
 
For MacKenzie, it was the third honor of his career, while it was the second for Dely and Layland.
 
To earn the honor, a student-athlete must have maintained at least a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average (GPA) for the 2021-22 academic year.
