Last Time Out
With senior Emma Tang winning her fifth-career individual medal, Navy used a strong start Saturday to tie Stetson atop the leaderboard, as tiebreakers gave the Mids runner-up honors at the 2026 Navy Fall Invitational …  In their lone home tournament of the season, the Mids jumped out to a commanding lead on Saturday but Sunday allowed Stetson to catch the hosts and earn a share of first place at 33-over par 609 for the weekend … Tang captured the individual crown for the second time in three years, opening play with a 4-under par 68 on Saturday, while a 2-over par 74 in the final round gave her a 2-under par 142 for the weekend … Tying for 11th, junior Megan Kirkpatrick closed at 12-over par 156, while fellow junior Vivian Cressman tied for 13th place with a final score of 13-over par 157.

Tang Named Patriot League Golfer of the Week
Emma Tang was named the Patriot League Women's Golfer of the Week last week after her first-place outing at the Navy Fall Invitational … Tang's 142 total strokes also tied her own 2024 Navy Fall Invitational-winning mark to rank second in program history for 36-hole scores … This marks the seventh time Tang has picked up the league's Golfer of the Week award in her career, as the three-time All-Patriot League First Teamer and back-to-back Women's Golfer of the Year claimed weekly honors twice last season.
