Cook was also selected as the women's coach of the year. He has claimed the women's coach of the year accolade the last five times the meet has been held.

"Great wins by both the men's and women's teams today. Every year we go into the conference meet is different, but the thing that is the same is the culture we've created. We have amazing athletes in this program and an unbelievable group of coaches who always put the team first. Our objective every year is to win the team titles and we have been very fortunate to achieve the success we have had," said Cook. "A lot of our success has come from the continuity we've built. We've acquired, developed and maintained talent. Winning all four relay races and the great individual performances we saw today were incredible. I have to acknowledge our six senior captains (Sam Keeny, Emily Boutin, Joshua Boamah, Annie Taylor, Brahmir Vick, Alayna Schloeder) for the work they've done to get the team ready for every meet. Very happy to bring home a pair of titles for Navy and looking forward to the outdoor season."

Whether it's picking up blocks or trash, they're so selfless and it's amazing to see how great they're becoming as young men and not just athletes," said Cook. "Brahmir Vick and Joshua Boamah have both been steady since they've gotten here. Brahmir took care of business in the hurdles and also pulled off a huge win in the 60m. Richter's biggest performance of the day came in the 4x400m relay. She served as the anchor of the team and beat out Army's Emma Taylor by 0.06 to win the event for the Mids. The 4x400m relay squad consisted of Richter, Taylor Woodworth, Kylie Bedard and Annie Lemelin, who clocked in the second-best finish in program history at 3:42.94.
Woodworth, Lemelin and Bedard also ran in the 400m finals and combined to score an additional 15 points. Abraham also earned a medal in the 800m for placing third. She recorded the eighth-best time in program history at 2:10.64.

Kayla McGuire added two points to the scoreboard by placing seventh in the 800m. She clocked in a time of 2:13.72.

Emily Boutin came up big again in her second race of the meet. She placed third in the 5,000m yesterday and garnered a second-place finish in the 3,000m on Sunday. She completed the race in 9:33.17, which is the fourth-fastest time in school history.

Sami Bollinger (11.82m / 38' 9.5") and Giulia Mesa (11.56m / 37' 11.25") earned fifth and eighth place, respectively, in the triple jump.

"It's tough to beat any team on their home track. Boston had built a lot of momentum from wins in the field events on the first day, but through our depth and the number of athletes who qualified for the finals to score more points, that added up in our favor," said Cook. "Sophia Richter has made herself into one of the top sprinters in the conference in just her freshman year. I knew she was capable of running a fast 400m and she goes out and breaks a school record. She also scored in the 200m and anchored the 4x400m relay team to a victory for a great ending to the meet. We always talk about how you can be a freshman and still be a leader on this team and she's an example of that."
